  • 1990: German International Service GmbH founded as joint venture by Joachim Grafe
  • 1991: Merger with ZIS system development
  • 1992: GIS GmbH was key distributor for Microsoft, Borland and Epson
  • 1994: Berlos GbR was founded as IBM - midrange development company by Joachim Grafe
  • 1996: Merger of GIS and Berlos to GNA - Deutschland
  • 1998: Berlos Inc. opens office in Baltimore, USA
  • 2002: GIS merges with Berlos Inc. and opens an office in Jacksonville, FL, USA
  • 2004: I5 Innovators division (www.i5system.com)
  • 2008: Quad Nova Inc. created by the makers of GIS
